We realize that every event must be special and unique; therefore we offer a wide variety of catering services and styles custom tailored to your needs and budget. We have prepared this catering guide for your convenience, however we invite you to let us custom design the menu and arrangements for your special event. Your Catering Director, and catering staff will work in partnership with George Mason University to develop menus, which include the University's favorites, as well as new seasonal selections, incorporating regional preferences as well as cutting edge culinary trends.
